Many organizations implemented process control systems more then 10 years ago. These systems are becoming obsolete and do not offer the robust capabilities of a modern process control system. We specialize in providing multiple options for you to modernize your process control system and minimizing your downtime for these migrations.
We work with our clients to identify the requirements of any control system and then systematically break the problem down by developing the appropriate control narratives, cause and effect diagrams, and I/O lists to support the efficient development of the control system. Once systems have been designed we ensure the operate as intended by performing a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) utilizing a test plan before the system ever leave our facility or laydown yard, and we also perform a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at the time of commissioning.
HMI and SCADA systems are many times undervalued when developing a control system. The HMI or SCADA system is critical for operators and their ability to detect and analyze the process under control. Understanding this, we work closely with operations teams to ensure the system provides the functions needed and provide any enhancements needed to get the most value out of a process control system.
